1. Seems to be someone who did do it all. Such an outpouring from her many friends. So sad.

2. Apparently Liz Smith jumped the gun on the obit. Vanity Fair article about the “Harpies” lunch group was in January Vanity Fair. Can’t seem to pull it up at the moment. Ephron, Smith, Walters, McFadden, Caputo, etc.

3. Yeah, I read that about Liz Smith. Very tacky, and no excuse. Either some one is dead or not, and reporting a death should be something that is verified.
